Under the Mineral Titles Act Regulation 84, a yearly return must be completed where an Operational Authorisation for mining is held under the Mining Management Act (MMA). Lodge this return within 14 days of the end of the fiscal year with the Geoscience InfoCentre, Northern Territory Geological Survey.

Commodity / Types Covered
Alumina / Use for all types including alumina hydrate (as equivalent alumina).
Bauxite / Use for all types of bauxite.
Copper Concentrate / Use where the commodity produced and sold is a concentrate. Do not report the minerals that make-up the concentrate as separate commodities.
Diamonds / Use for diamonds.
Gemstones / Use for all types of gemstones.
Gold / Use for all types of pure gold including gold nuggets.
Gold Dore / Report the gold and silver metal in gold dore as a metallic content % and not as separate gold and silver commodities.
Iron Ore / Use for all types of iron ore including magnetite.
Iron Ore Concentrate / Use where the commodity produced and sold is a concentrate. Do not report the minerals that make-up the concentrate as separate commodities.
Lead Concentrate / Use where the commodity produced and sold is a concentrate. Do not report the minerals that make-up the concentrate as separate commodities.
Limestone / Use for limestone.
Manganese / Use for all types of manganese. This includes fines, lump and intermediate.
Mineral Sands Concentrate / Use where the commodity produced and sold is a concentrate. The minerals that make-up the concentrate should not be reported as separate commodities. It is optional to report the metallic content % of the concentrate.
Phosphate / Use for all types of phosphorite.
Quicklime / Use for quicklime.
Salt / Use for all types of salt whether lake, evaporative or rock salt including potash.
Silver / Use for all types of pure silver.
Tantalite / Use for all types of tantalite.
Tin / Use for all types of tin.
Tin/Tantalite Concentrate / Use where the commodity produced and sold is a concentrate. Do not report the minerals that make-up the concentrate as separate commodities. It is optional to report the metallic content % of the concentrate.
Uranium / Use for all types of uranium including uranium oxide.
Vermiculite / Use for all types of vermiculite.
Zinc Concentrate / Use where the commodity produced and sold is a concentrate. Do not report the minerals that make-up the concentrate as separate commodities.
Zinc/Lead Concentrate / Use where the commodity produced and sold is a concentrate. The metal in the concentrate must be reported as the metallic content % of lead and zinc.
