Formally Known as Al Sawadi Forum Resort under The Inter Continental Chain of hotels and then re-branded as Crown Plaza Al Sawadi under Bass International PLC now known as Six Continents International. A 100 room hotel with chalets and individual balconies.
Worked for 1 Year as Food & Beverage Manager, in charge of the Food & Beverage Department, which consists of 7 Food & Beverage Outlets i.e. Coffee Shop, Room Service, Seafood Restaurant, Night Club, English Pub, Pool Bar & Banquets
Established & Maintained Effective Employee Relations
Developed & implemented a variety of Training Programmes such as Communication Skills, Train The Trainer, Grooming Standards, Silver Service, Wine Training, Cigar Training and so on
Made new Menu’s for all the Food & Beverage Outlets

Worked for 3 Years as an Assistant Manager In THE SEAFOOD RESTAURANT that specializes in all types of Seafood & Chinese Cuisine. I was a member of the opening team. Introduced FLAMBEES in the restaurant. Conducted a lot of Intensive trainings with all levels of staff and made sure that all of them were maintaining the standards that were set for the restaurant.
JUMEIRAH BEACH HOTEL 5***** STAR PROPERTY ( Oct 28th 1998 until Oct 28th 2000)
Worked for 2 years as a Head Waiter where I was posted in the Argentinean restaurant called LA PARRILLA, which means The Grill. This was the only Argentinean Restaurant in the Middle East. Again, I was part of the opening team and was a Departmental Trainer in the restaurant where I ensured that proper standard operating procedures were followed at all times.
ABU DHABI NATIONAL HOTELS 5***** CLUB ( Sep 1st 1997 until Sep 1st 1998)
Worked for 1 year as a Head Waiter at The Zadco Club, which was an oil company, which included all sports activities and had a 200 cover Classical French Restaurant where I was In charge. Also had a lot of Theme Night dinners.
HOTEL SAHIL BOMBAY 4**** STAR PROPERTY( August 1st 1994 until 1st August 1997
Worked for a period of 3 Years as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, where I was Involved in overall planning and introduced a lot of standards and procedures in the F&B Department, which was non-existent. I also planned a new menu for the restaurant as well as gave new ideas about the décor of the restaurant.
THE RETREAT BOMBAY 5***** PROPERTY ( 3rd June 1993 until 15th June 1994)
Employed for 1 Year and Two Months as a Head Waiter, where I was in charge of the Coffee Shop. Also worked as a Departmental Trainer for the Food & Beverage Service, where I gave lectures in the training room and on the job.
THE RESORT BOMBAY 5***** PROPERTY ( 28th May 1992 until 28th May 1993
Worked as a Supervisor for 1 Year in the Room Service Department, where I handled the shift independently with minimum supervision. Also introduced the mini bar in all the rooms and maintained proper stock control procedures.

Worked as a Waiter for 2 years in the French Restaurant, which included typical French Cuisine and Silver Service. Also did Formal Sit Down Banquets for The Ambassadors. I also did V.I.P. parties in Ministers Houses where I handled them independently.
