  1. HOW IT WORKS:Beginning on or about 08/02/10 – 08/27/10, residents of TX who are of legal drinking age at time of entry may enter to become one of sixty (60) Semi-Finalists in the Miller Lite Bring The Greatness Sweepstakes. Listen to ESPN Radio 103.3 FM, Monday – Friday for three (3) opportunities to enter the sweepstakes. One (1) unique keyword will be announced at 7:20 AM, 11:15 AM and 5:15 PM (CT), each day. Three (3) unique keywords will be announced each day of promotion for a total of sixty (60) unique keywords. A random drawing for one (1) Semi-Finalist per each keyword will be conducted approximately three (3) hours after each keyword is announced.
  1. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter this sweepstakes. All entries become the sole property of MillerCoors LLC (the “Sponsor”) and 103.3 ESPN Radio (the “Station”) and will not be returned. Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, illegible or incomplete entries. All eligible entries will be combined, limit one winning entry per household/address:

i.) VIA TEXT MESSAGING: After listening to the Station and learning the keyword, using a two-way text message-capable wireless device, text the announced keyword to short-code “71755”. Once your text message is received, you will receive a reply text message asking you to indicate your date of birth (mmddyyyy). Only after you reply to that text message with an eligible date of birth will you automatically be credited with one entry in the Sweepstakes. Text Message entries must be received within two (2) hours from the announcement of the keyword to be eligible for that keyword random drawing. Limit one text message entry per wireless account per keyword. IF MORE THAN ONE TEXT MESSAGE ENTRY IS RECEIVED FROM ONE WIRELESS ACCOUNT PER KEYWORD, ONLY THE FIRST ENTRY SUBMITTED WILL BE CONSIDERED VALID. Sponsor cannot guarantee this program will be available via all carriers. The text messaging portion of the promotion will be available on participating wireless carriers only and requires a two-way text message-capable wireless device. Wireless device carrier’s instructions for text messaging may vary. Standard text messaging and data plan rates apply to each message sent or received. ii.) VIA THE INTERNET: After listening to the Station and learning the keyword, log onto (the "Website") and follow the on-screen entry instructions. In order to participate, you will need Internet access and a valid email address. All entries must be received within two (2) hours from the announcement of the keyword to be eligible for that keyword random drawing. Limit one entry per person/per email address/per keyword. IF MORE THAN ONE ENTRY IS RECEIVED FROM ONE PERSON PER EMAIL ADDRESS PER KEYWORD, ONLY THE FIRST ENTRY SUBMITTED WILL BE CONSIDERED VALID. Enter your first name, last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, date of birth, valid email address, and the keyword in the online entry form. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. For purposes of these Official Sweepstakes Rules, “receipt” of an online entry will be solely determined when the Station’s web servers record the entry information. Any automated computer receipt (such as one confirming delivery of an email) does not constitute actual receipt of an entry for purposes of these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. All entries submitted become the sole property of the Sponsor and Station and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Station. Station’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. The Station is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches. Entrants are required to provide truthful information and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent.

RANDOM DRAWINGS TO DETERMINE SIXTY (60) SEMI-FINALISTS AND RANDOM DRAWING TO DETERMINE ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER: A random drawing for one (1) Semi-Finalist will be conducted from among all eligible entries received via Rule 2(i) and 2(ii) combined, approximately three (3) hours after the announcement of a keyword (10:20 AM, 2:20 PM and 8:20 PM CT). The Station, an independent agency whose decisions on all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final, will conduct drawings. Semi-Finalists will be notified by phone within two (2) days following the drawing date. A final Grand Prize random drawing will be conducted on or about 08/30/10 from among the sixty (60) semi-finalists. The Semi-Finalist drawn will be considered the Grand Prize winner, subject to verification.
  1. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:One (1) Grand Prize:prize includes two (2) tickets for winner and one (1) adult guest to all 2010 Regular Season Dallas Cowboy’s Home Games. Winner’s guest must be 21 years of age or older to attend game. ARV $960.00. ARV of all prizes $960.00. Prize consists only of the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Important Notice:Transportation and lodging are NOT included. Winner will be responsible for all gratuities, meals, transportation, lodgingand any other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these rules.If the games are delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason, winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. Tickets are subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures. Tickets are awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to the winner and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated, or otherwise conveyed. A violation of these restrictions shall revoke winner’s license, and the tickets will not be honored. Odds of becoming a Semi-Finalist depend on the number of eligible entries received for each random drawing. Odds of a Semi-Finalist winning Grand Prize 1:60.
  1. GENERAL RULES:This sweepstakes is open only to residents of TX who are of legal drinking age at time of entry. Employees of MillerCoors LLC, and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, alcohol beverage retailers, their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are NOT ELIGIBLE. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance form within five (5) days of attempted notification. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. Winner’s guest must be 21 years of age or older to attend. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold MillerCoors LLC, its parent companies, alcoholic beverage distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns, Collaborative Marketing Group, Inc., 103.3 ESPN, their distributors and alcoholic beverage retailers, harmless against any and all claims arising out of use or misuse of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. In the event of a dispute regarding any text message entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the SMS-enabled wireless device phone number submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to a SMS-enabled wireless device phone number by an Internet access provider, online service provider, wireless phone carrier network or other organization responsible for assigning phone numbers for the SMS-enabled wireless device). Potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the wireless phone number associated with the winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein orwith any provision in these official rules. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this promotion, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion without further obligation. If Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the promotion as a result of a Force Majeure event, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, in a random drawing. In no event will more prizes be awarded than stated in Rule #4. Dallas Cowboys Football Club, Ltd., Pro Silver Star, Ltd. and their respective affiliates, owners, employees, agents are not responsible for the Sweepstakes and have no legal obligations associated with the sweepstakes.
