Outcome 2-Select 2 iconic photographic images and describe their impact in relation to composition, framing, colour and mood in approx. 150-300 words, see teacher examples as guidance. / Suggested format guides are available via Google Classroom. / *SUPPORTED STUDY IS AVAILABLE EVERY THURSDAY AFTER SCHOOL UNTIL 5PM.

WK 9 / Photographing People-Unit 2
Outcome 1
-Choose 10 images of people including groups and individuals. For each image describe location, style, mood/atmosphere, lighting, viewpoint, organisation/posing, facial expression of subject(s)
-Pupils must create a practical plan for THREE photography sessions. The plan must include location for photography sessions, the photographic equipment, camera settings to be used, posing and framing and the mood and desired effect aimed for. / Suggested format guides are available via Google Classroom.
WK 10 / Photographing People-Unit 2
WK 11 / Photographing People-Unit 2
Outcome 2-using the plan crated in Outcome 1 take a range of composed photographs of people, using indoor and outdoor locations and artificial light must be used as main light source on at least one occasion. At least 100 images must be taken to cover all three photography sessions.
All images should be stores safely using appropriate file format for retrieval and viewing. / Suggested format guides are available via Google Classroom.

Outcome 3-Select 5 of your most successful images shot in Outcome 2 for presentation, one group image, one shot indoors and three of your own choice.
-Explain why you chose thee images and describe how effective you think they are

Outcome 1-Select 10 diverse images taken outdoors and indoors. Explain why these images were selected.
-Create a practical plan for FIVE photography sessions, interior and exterior based on images selected in Outcome 1.
One of the plans must be for a session which will be shot using artificial light rather than natural daylight as the main light source.

-Select 3 images from Outcome 1 and clearly identify THREE strengths and THREE weaknesses for each image, also suggest TWO improvements for each of these three images. / Suggested format guides are available via Google Classroom.

Outcome 2-make TWO enhancements to THREE individual images. These images can be pupils own.
-Describe how improvements can be made, traditional and digital techniques must be considered.
-Adjusted images should be sized no smaller than 6X4 and no bigger than 8X6.

Pupils are encouraged to input their own ideas and contribute within the course guidelines of the mandatory units. All written coursework will be accessible via Google Classroom, allowing access to the coursework to be made in school and remotely.
