RE: General Meeting Minutes for – April 27, 2016
Meeting called to order 8:00 pm by Bob Sterner
Attendance:
Teams not in attendance- Bridesburg, Huntingdon Valley, Jeffersonville, Jenkintown, St Thomas More, Towamencin Youth, Ukrainian Nationals
Reports:
Recording Secretary- Roll call done, minutes approved and posted on website.
Treasurer- Budget presented. Motion to approve by Warrington, 2nd by Palumbo and approved by membership.
Grievance- Minimal reports for the spring.
Ethics- Minimal reports for the spring.
Games- Any reschedules due to cups must be received no later than Tuesday at Noon.
O-40 games for the 2016-2017 season will be small sided (7v7).
Registrar- We will not be offering U8 4v4 division for 2016-2017. Teams will be put in U9 with other U8 teams. We can only offer U12 9v9 for 2016-2017. Our request to offer 11v11 was denied.
EPSA- Next meeting is May 9th. Region One cup will be held on Father's Day weekend.

EPYSA- AGM held. # of districts has been changed from 17 to 9. We are now in District 4
Scholarship- 4 girls and 4 boys have been chosen as winners. They have been notified and names will be posted on website. They will be present at the May meeting to accept awards. Megan will chair the Committee next year.
Competition- Meeting will be held 5/4 (girls) and 5/5 (boys), starting at 6:30 pm in the ICSL office. If you are interested in helping, please let Courtney know.
Finance- No Report
Old Business-
· Referee Mentor program- Jeff is working on getting fields at club level to host program
· U11 and under no heading and limited practice for U12. If a head ball occurs it will be an indirect free kick. State set current roster sizes, they are subject to change next season. Field sizes haven’t been released yet.
New Business-
· Elections held, Andy (UGH) opened nominations. Current Board ran unopposed. Motion to elect the Board members as presented, Warrington, Deep Run 2nd and it was approved by membership.
· EPYSA held a leagues meeting on Monday 4/25. They are looking for consistency.
· 2016-17 Ref fees will remain the same
Good and Welfare- SEPA Hall of Fame Banquet will be held 5/14 at Cannstatter’s
