2. Firms / Contractors who are enlisted with MES in Cat ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’ , ‘D’ and ‘E’ may only apply.

3. The contractors are required to submit their applications for issuance of tender documents alongwith their complete credentials as shown below. The applications shall be scrutinized and tenders will be only issued to qualified/scrutinized contractors/firms on/after 20 Nov’ 2017 who have sufficient experience in the relevant field and satisfy other special conditions required for the job and area. The tender must be received back in a sealed envelope by 1130 hours on 30 Nov’ 2017 and will be opened at 1200 hours on the same date in the office of Accepting Officer.

Ser / Name of Work Executed during the Last 2 x years and in hand / Agency / Time allowed (Months) / Date of Commencement / Date of Completion / Percentage Work in Hand / Departmental performance report on each work by the Engineer-in- Charge.

4. All contractors will certify in writing that they are registered with Pakistan Engineer Counsel (PEC) and will submit a copy of their registration with PEC. Contractors not registered with PEC and not born on approved list of MES contractors are ineligible to apply.

5. Detail of works can be obtained from the office of concerned executive on any working day.

6. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject the tender. Rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(i) of PPRA Rules.
