CONTRIBUTION PROCESSOR SCORECARD

MISSION

A MidAmerica Contribution Processor will be responsible for working within the Plan Administration team to post incoming contributions to client and participant accounts, send out mailings notifying of new accounts and handle various updates to participant accounts -all within specified processing times.

OUTCOMES

  1. Work independently to post contribution assignments as deposits are received.
  2. Work with the contribution team to make sure that each plan type is being processed with in their timelines.

Accountabilities / Rating / Commentary
Contributions
  • Monitor Contribution Assignment Spreadsheet for daily updates.
  • Use excel to reconcile Data to Deposit amounts.
  • Research and work through discrepancies with team, participants, clients.
  • Produce the required documentation for record keeping with each assignment.
  • Produce the required mailings for the new plan participants that are provided in contributions.
  • Work with the Contributions team to peer review each contribution and welcome kit mailing for accuracy.
Competencies
  • Candidate should possess an advanced skill set for excel- Ability to use/create Pivot Tables, vlookups and various functions.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and excellent communication skills both internally and with Clients.

Daily Distribution Files
  • Work with a sense of urgency to pull and peer distribution files for daily mailing.
  • Excellent attention to detail to verify data integrity.

  • Candidate must display a high level of energy and understanding that this position will always have changing priorities. Candidate should demonstrate willingness to learn new programs and desire to problem solve.

General Ability to Interpret and Use feedback
  • Assist supervisor and team members with various projects as the need arises
  • Assist clients or participants with reporting questions
Competencies
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years working in Administrative setting with a demonstrated ability to conform and learn a company’s processes and procedures.
