Dear Sean:

Thank you for your interest in holding your meeting at the Radisson Hotel Valley Forge. Based on the information you provided, I am submitting the following proposal for your consideration.

The Radisson Hotel Valley Forge is adjacent to Valley Forge National Park and centrally located between Lancaster, Philadelphia and the Brandywine Valley area.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

The Radisson Hotel Valley Forge Complex offers 486 guestrooms and suites that are lavishly appointed with plush decor and complimentary wireless Internet access. All rooms feature multiple telephones, in-room pay movies, workstations, iron and ironing board, coffee makers, and hair dryers.

FITNESS CENTER AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES

Our fitness room offers an array of nautilus equipment and a racquetball court. Massages are available, and can be scheduled directly through our Fitness Manager. We feature an outdoor garden pool and several golf courses are just minutes away.

RESTAURANTS AND NIGHT CLUB

The Complex offers three restaurants including Chumley’s Steak House with special emphasis on popular American Cuisine, Café Soleil, and Blue Grotto, an Italian Bistro.

MEETING SPACE

With 39 meeting rooms which include four glittering ballrooms, the Radisson Hotel Valley Forge Complex, with 55,000 square feet of space, can accommodate functions of any size. Our state of the art audio/visual equipment and full service Catering Department allows you to customize your meetings or social events.

LOCATION

The Radisson Hotel Valley Forge is located thirty-five minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport. The Hotel is easily accessible from the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Interstate 202 and Route 76. In addition, we are situated twenty-five minutes from Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station that services the Continental United States via Amtrak.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in time is after 3:00 PM and checkout time is 11 AM.

PARKING/TRANSPORTATION

We provide complimentary parking for all our guests. Tropiano Shuttle Service provides discounted shuttle service to and from the Philadelphia International Airport and Amtrak.

I am pleased to quote the group rate of $139.00 for single and double occupancy. Current sales tax is 6% and occupancy tax is 2%.

Room rental charges outlined above. Should group use General Exposition Services, exhibit space rental could be lowered. Meeting space complimentary based on $25,000 food and beverage minimum.

Our skilled professional Catering Services Managers will meet with you to discuss your group’s banquet. We aim to provide the highest quality food, presentation, and service to compliment a successful convention, catered by our award-winning Radisson chefs. We also have the flexibility to customize a menu to suit the needs of your group.
