Supplementary Regulations

1/ The Wigton Motor Club will promote Club Sport Autotest on April 9th at Maryport

2/ The meeting will be held under the General Prescriptions of the Motor Sport Association (incorporating the provisions of the International Sporting Code of the FIA) and these Supplementary Regulations and any written instructions that the organising club may issue for the event.

3/ Competitors must be a member of Wigton Motor Club and club cards will be inspected at signing on. An MSA permit has been applied for and the number will be advised in the final instructions.

4/ The event is open only to members of the Wigton Motor Club. Entries will be accepted in order of receipt.

5/ The event is a qualifying round of the WMC club championships.

6/ At least four tests will be run up to three times with all scores being taken into account for the total time.

7/ There will be 4 classes in the event.

F) FWD (PCA)

R) RWD (PCA)

A) FWD (AT)

B) RWD (AT)

S) Special’s (AT)

The minimum for a class is 3 the maximum is 15. The maximum for the event is 25. To enter the FWD/RWD class in the PCA the vehicle must be presented in a condition where it would pass a full MOT checks may be made!

8/ The programme of the event will be as follows:

Signing on from 10.00

First test from 10.30

Lunch from 12.00

Afternoon tests Start from 13.00

Please note road tyres only for all vehicles

9/ Competitors will be identified by a time card

10/ The maximum number of entries for the event will be 25 and the minimum will be 10. Should the minimum figure not be reached the organisers reserve the right to cancel the meeting..

11/ The entry list opens with the publication of these regulations and closes three days before the event.

Entries must be made on the attached from which can be posted or emailed to the organiser. Entries will not be accepted by phone or social media.

Late entries may be accepted after that date with a premium of £5

Entries will not be accepted on the day.

12/ The entry fee is £15 to include a £5 donation to the club’s nominated charity. The due amount is to be paid on the day.

13/ Times will be on display as soon as possible after each timed run. All protests must be made in accordance with GR section O.

1st overall 2nd overall 1st in class; 1st junior 1st lady

16/ All other GRs apply as written.

17/ Timing will be to the nearest whole second.

18/ It is hoped to have an industrial unit available for the day where we can run signing on, have tea and coffee available and biscuits and cake. Please bring your own sandwiches. This will be confirmed in final instructions, please supply an email address with your entry to enable us to send these out.

19/ It is important that you use the form to enter and state the car that you are using and the event/class you are entering. This allows us to set up the results computer in advance.
