SCHOLARSHIPREQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES:

The following requirements must be completed to be considered for allscholarships:

Be a current student at ASU and from the Metro Atlanta area.

Student must submit a copy of outstanding financial obligation and the amount should not exceed $2000.

Have a GPA of at least 2.5 (4.0 scale)on the OFFICIALtranscript submitted at the time of application. The OFFICIAL transcript must include the university’s seal and signature.

Certification Form signed by applicant with original signature.

One completed hardship essay (500 words typed).

Submit a completed, typed application postmarked by 1 month prior to due date of the bill to:
