Agreement

In consideration for payment of the Fees, the Agent/Owner/Contractor shall provide the Services to the Agent/Owner on the terms and conditions set out below.

Provision of Services

This Agreement shall commence on the ______and shall continue until the services have been supplied up to a period of _____ months from the date of this agreement.

If the Agency/Owner/Contractor considers that any information, documents or other particulars made available by the Agent/Owner or such other nominated person is not sufficient for the Agency/Owner/Contractor to provide the Services in this Agreement, the Agency/Owner/Contractor will advise the Agent/Owner who shall then provide further assistance, information or other particulars as deemed necessary.

The Agency/Owner/Contractor agrees to perform the Services and conduct itself in accordance within the relevant industry guidelines.

The Agency/Owner/Contractor shall be allowed all reasonable access to the Agent/Owner’s property for the purpose of meeting their obligations under this Agreement.

The Agency/Owner/Contractor warrants he is competent and has all the skills and qualifications necessary to carry out the Services in accordance with the Agreement.

The Agency/Owner/Contractor must at all times act in the best interests of the Agent/Owner.

NOTE:The prices set out or referred to include Goods and Services Tax (GST). The Contractor will issue the Agent/Owner a tax invoice or adjustment note where required in respect of any GST charged by it.
