Is an admitted attorney of the High Court, founder and a Director of the firm with extensive years of legal experience. His main field of practice is in a spectrum of commercial and corporate law, magistrate and high litigation,debt collection and debt review, evictions, construction and engineering insurance guarantees and securities and business rescue practice.
Meshack Nchupetsang, between the years 2004-2006, he did his vacation work (holidays) with Mpitso Attorneys in Johannesburg and he was employed as a part time legal assistance. In 2007 he did his articles of clerkship with Noveni Eddy Kubayi Incorporated attorneys in Johannesburg and he was employed as a candidate attorney. It was during this time when he registered his practical legal training with school for legal practice offered by the Law Society of South Africa [Legal Education and Development (L.E.A.D)] in Johannesburg as a part-time student. In 2008 he then ceded his articles of clerkship to David Bayliss Attorneys in Hydepark, north of Johannesburg, were he completed his articles of clerkship. In 2009 he was then admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
In July 2009 Meshack Nchupetsang was employed by Lombard Insurance Company where he worked at their Bonding division (construction and mining) legal department. He was task with, amongst others, premium collections, drafting and interpretation of guarantee wording, securities (e.g indemnities, suretyship, etc), insolvent/liquidated companies and companies under business rescue, salvaging of construction projects, and so on. It was during this period where he did his short term courses on engineering and construction were he did FEDIC, GCC, JBCC, NEC contracts and contract comparison with BCA Training.
In 2011 he registered and obtained his law master’s degree (LLM) with the University of Johannesburg as a part-time student. In 2012 he obtained his Business Rescue Proceedings certificate with LEAD injunction with UNISA and the same year he opened this practice, Nchupetsang Attorneys.

Is a young diligent legal professional and a Director of the firm with an extensive of legal experience. Her area of expertise includes, labour law, debt collections, magistrate and high court litigation, administration of deceased estates well as family law.
She completed her law degree in 2009; she was the employed by Legal Aid Board of South Africa as a candidate attorney for two years. During her articles of clearkship, she registered and completed her practical legal training as a part time student. In 2012 she then joined Nchupetsang Attorneys as a director partner to date. In 2013 she registered her conveyancing course offered by the Law Society of South Africa [Legal Education and Development (L.E.A.D)] in Johannesburg as a part-time student.
