PERSONAL OBJECTIVES/GOALS

Personal Objective/Goal as an Advisor(s): ______

District Objective/Goal:

Even though a student need not meet any criteria for MESA other than be considered part of the 7-12 target population as a minority student or woman, it is desired that the student have a budding interest and valid potential to undertake the rigorous work required to complete the levels of training leading to participation in the fields to which MESA can guide them. Still this can vary from school to school. Therefore, all schools need to have goals and standards to counsel and encourage students where needed.Describe help you may need to achieve your personal and/or MESA goals: ______
