Rodeo Sponsorship Proposal

It’s that time again when Merrijig Rodeo hold its 40th rodeo in March.

Without the generous support from your business, the event would struggle to provide the quality and professional event it has become today.

Why would you?

It’s the only event of its kind where these not for profit groups have an opportunity to earn serious dollars in return for some 8 hrs of hard work by their volunteers

The event is organised by 8 dedicated committee members and with the assistance of not for profit community groups which take it in turns to run sections of the rodeo.

They will receive up to 80 % of the profits from this event.

What’s in it for me?

Exposure to 3000 patrons, both local and tourists

And good old support to a country event, which is still going when so many have shut down

Gifts and Vouchers

o  A huge thankyou, your gifts and vouchers will go into raffles and raise funds for the event.

$ 100 bucks VIP Sponsor

o  Gets your business logo or name printed on a banner, displayed in the spectator area

o  VIP parking close to the entry

o  One announcement during the event

$ 200 bucks VIP Sponsor

o  Gets your business logo or name printed on the banner displayed in the spectator area and at main gate

o  VIP parking close to the entry

o  Three announcements during the event

$ 350 Event Sponsor

o  You will sponsor one of these events (Break away roping, steer wrestling, team roping, and junior barrel race)

o  Several announcements throughout the event

o  VIP parking and one adult free entry ticket to the rodeo

o  Display your banner inside the arena

$ 650.00 Chute and event sponsor package (6 only)

o  You will sponsor one of these events (Bull Ride, Bareback Ride, Saddle Bronc, Ladies Barrel Race, 2nd Division Bull Ride and Junior Bull Ride)

o  Unlimited announcements throughout the event and when your chute is used

o  VIP parking and two adult free entry ticket to the rodeo

o  Chute signage and display your banner inside the arena

So what’s next?

o  Please complete the sponsors form and either post or email back to us at your earliest convenience, so we can organise your signage and VIP tickets back to you before the event
