I don't know whether the NLA is collectively mentally ill, morally bankrupt or just plain evil. After much reflection, have decided they are a bit of all those things. Recent amazing emails penned by Corse and Briggs and distributed by Wiltshire are unprecedented attacks on respected veterans and a great Australian General. It is also important to understand that there are two Australian retired Brigadiers who aid, abet, and support the NLA in their devious actions. One of these, Neil Weekes MC, is on PMAC. It is incongruous and dangerous that a dogmatic radical conspiracy theorist has insinuated himself onto the PMAC
As a PMAC member, perhaps Neil Weekes MC may wish to discuss with the general Veteran community details of his association with the NLA. The NLA have shown much irrational hate against established ESOs and great Australian Generals including Cosgrove and Jeffrey and any person who disagrees with their philosophies. Their behaviour is reminiscent of the militant communist parties where if you were not a supporter you were "dealt with".
The mantra of the NLA is that the established veteran community including the major ESOs and the Defence Force is controlled by a cartel of "Generalissimos" and Freemasons made up of past and presently serving officers. The objective of the NLA is to tear down the "establishment" and take control. To this end I ask you to reflect on the logic, quality, dogma and vitriol that has been written by this group and consider a veteran community under their influence or control.
In recent times, of particular interest to the NLA is the RSL situation in Rockhampton Queensland.
A few years back one of their own, Keith "Yorky" Joyce was caught by the RSL with his "hand in the till". The RSL erred in not bringing criminal proceedings against Joyce, it is believed, "to save a huge public scandal", instead the RSL banned Joyce for life and absorbed the huge losses.
Joyce, as President, managed the Rockhampton RSL to bankruptcy and the loss of all assets.Those instrumental in exposing Joyce and his cohorts have ever since been subject to unprecedented abuse and un Australian personal attacks.In retribtution Joycehas also released to his NLA mates sensitive medical documentsof a person he represented as a Pensions Officer. His actions clearly show he is not fit to hold his head up in any veteran circles.
From the ashes of the RSL destroyed by Joyce a new organization has risen under the steady leadership of a much respected Veteran. Joyce being part of the NLA has enlisted the help of Corse, Briggs and Wiltshire to denigrate the new structure and they take every opportunity to inhibit the growth of the organization. Below is an example of their tactics, the email shown below was initiated by Barry Corse on the 21 Jan 09 and distributed by Jim Wiltshire aka Royals aka TJ on the 30 Jan 09.

Reference: Perceived criminal impropriety of ex general Cosgrove and some members of the Qld and National RSL raised by Dave Briggs.
By now you have all received the nameless edited ANZAC Community copy of below that went to the relevant executive ANZAC Ministers on the 3 January 2009 identifying the perceived criminal impropriety of ex general Cosgrove and members of the Qld and National RSL. That the executive Ministers Rudd, Fitzgibbons, Gray, Griffin and Kelly named below have not invalidated the document, the at law assumption is that they have acted per their sworn statute duty and have directed the AFP to investigate this perceived statute criminality.
If I am correctly advised, the Qld RSL executive sent then vice president Kel Ryan to Rockhampton to investigate concerns raised with the Rockhampton RSL Executive and the Qld RSL executive on the 12 May 2008, again 20 May 2008 and again 27 May 2008 and a month ago to "rsl president" King. (ignored).
It is arguable that this was a flawed decision in that there is a public paper trail that then vice president Ryan had a clear conflict of interest in that he had previously publicly endorsed the questionable protection of the local rsl president and purportedly his executive in protecting this purportedly known criminal rapist. Purportedly Ryan reported to the Qld RSL executive that he could not find any evidence to this effect.
Well now you know from the evidence below there was a discoverable basis of questionable corporate governance, perhaps deliberate perjury, fraud and misrepresentation to the Qld RSL executive and deliberate betrayal of rank and file members trust?
There arises another related concern, was the Qld RSL and National RSL Executive inclusive of the perceived conspiracy with the Rockhampton RSL executive or were they withholding criminal information from the state and national executives as part of a perceived conspiracy to protect an ex general officer mate or just their local pet rockspider?
You are both aware that inclusive of corporate good governance is that in becoming aware of a perceived criminal act, in this case a statute criminal act, as a corporate executive and failing to act, constitutes at law an act of accessory after the fact. You have observed that the relevant
Executive Ministers Alan Griffin, Joel Fitzgibbon and the conservative wannabee minister are deliberate co addressees so that at law there is no doubt that each of you professionally and personally are aware of the governance and criminal concerns raised. Each addressee is aware that good governance by both sides of politics over the last 40 years and the rsl executive has been perceived as equally flexible in its indifference to due process relative to the majority ANZAC Community. So as of now you are identified and accountable in that you are at law aware.
At a personal level, after you resolve this, I want to know was your servant King acting as an RSL executive as claimed and advertised or as a private person? You are also conscious that if there has been an unlawful conspiracy in this matter, then the whole of government financial support for this ESO, must be brought into urgent review and arguably suspended as of now pending an independent investigation.

PS. Because the rsl proclaims itself as being a democratic and transparent corporate entity, can Briggsy expect that the contents and concern exposed here be circulated Australia wide to the entire ANZAC community?

Once again Corse uses his childish "legal speak" in this strange email to threaten everyone including the President of Queensland RSL and Government Parliamentary Ministers.
Corse's emails are beyond belief and are no more than ugly and bitter pieces of obsessive trash yet he has a raft of like minded supporters salivating in the background.
At the end of his email he qualifies himself as "RSL Member WA". Although it is none of my business, surely Corse's actions can not be condoned by the RSL, and surely the RSL will take steps to rectify the situation. If not, I grieve the loss of direction of that organization and of Australian society generally.
ESOs need to make decisive statements to our politicians as to their attitude towards the NLA.
