In order to ensure membership security, you must complete this form in its entirety and accurately.If any information you supply on this form does not match with the Inn’s record, you will be contacted by the Records Officer.

You may submit this form by hand, post or email (to ). We will make every effort to process your request expediently, but please note that it may take up to 4 weeks should the volume of requests be high.

NB:

  • Requesting your membership number will be free of charge.
  • For replacement membership cards there will be a charge of £10.00. You have the option of either collecting your membership card from the Education Department during office hours or requesting it to be posted recorded delivery for an extra £5.00. Payment must be made in advance of receiving the card by cash, cheque (made payable to Gray’s Inn) or in person.
  • Once you have registered to book Qualifying Sessions online, you will be able to amend your details via the online system.
