Hostinga birthdaypartyat MaplewoodSwim& TennisClub is a greatwayto havean easy,fun eventforchildrenof all ages.Createthepartyyourchildwillmostenjoy.You arefreeto bring in outsideentertainment,makearrangementswithourTennisProfora grouptennis experience, or just let thekids swim and play.

We’ll set up a reserved seatingarea and help organizeyour party items. If you have any special

requestsfortheparty,pleasespeakto thePoolDirector.

COSTS:

$295 for use of facilities for a2 hour partyfor up to 15 guests

$10foreachguest in excess of 15 (generally notto exceeda total of 25guests but call for details)

Nofeeforparentsaccompanying children,but theirusagedoesnot includetenniscourts or pools.

Children of members are not counted as guests.

Forpartiesof morethan 15guestsan additionallifeguardfeeof $15/hourwillbeincurred.

A$100 deposit is required via check or cash at time of booking and will be deposited at that

time. It will be fullyrefunded in theevent of cancelation up to 2weeks prior to theevent.

For parties cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the event you will be refunded $50. For parties

cancelled within 24-hours of the event you will not receive a refund. However, If parties are cancelled due to inclement weather and no rain date has been scheduled, the $50 refund will still apply.

Rules:

Parents and young siblings of party attendees are allowed to accompany their children and older siblings to parties as a courtesy. Should adults or young siblings who are not party guests wish to swim, guest fees may be paid to management accordingly. Hosts, please notify attendees of this rule.

All attendees must pass a deep water test in order to swim in the deep end of the pool. Your attendees are required to follow this and all other rules and regulations of the Club at all times.

Any costs for damage to the Club will be your responsibility.
