To Whom It May Concern:

My resume will reveal an extensive background in the business of health care, with accomplished leadership skills leading to very successful project management. The skills I have acquired over the years in the hospital culture enable me to develop best practices to promote culture change within senior care services.

I have always had the desire to help the elderly and most of my career has focused on senior services within the acute care environment, however it wasn’t until my own parents faced very difficult decisions that I changed career paths.

I have become a Nursing Home Administrator because I want to be able to be in a position to improve the care received, resulting in more vibrant senior experiences. No matter their life circumstances, physical, mental or emotional challenges, our seniors deserve to be made to feel there is a purpose and enjoy laughter and respect while fulfilling that purpose. That is true culture change, to remember their value to community and encourage others to respect their contributions.

Iam seeking to serve within a reputable, stable and ethical organization and would appreciate your consideration of employment.

Respectfully,

Melissa Dinsmore
