  • City Code Financial is updating the New Codes Book to include the extraOath of Officers meeting in January. Larry from City Code Financial recommended that every ordinance that reflects a fee amount in the ordinance will have an edit to remove the amount and reflect one fee schedule on a separate page. When a fee changes we will now have a fee schedule page and only have to edit the fee schedule versus each ordinance. The New Codes Book should be done by end of year according to Larry at City Code Financial.

Purchase of New Computer for City Office. Quotes have been turned in and it looks like a range from $1000 to no more than $1700. Would like to purchase in December. Funds are available for purchase.

Amend 2017 Budget for Sewer, Solid Waste and Park and Pool Funds. (pages 29-33)

LUCA Workshop. Permission for City Treasurer Connie Gore and Deputy City Clerk Carla Snow to attend LUCA (Local Update of Census Addresses) free presentation in Lawrence, Kansas on January 11, 2018 from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. (page 34)

USD 362 Zoning Change Request for 204 S Sixth Street. Requesting to change from Residential to Public Use District. (blue pages 10 - 19)
