The April meeting of the Planters HOA was brought to order on 4/13 by Manda Bass, President at 6:43 pm.

DeeDee Langston made a motion to approve the March meeting minutes and Nicole Butler seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

Trees installed @ pavilion pool.
Management-Manda made a motion to right off foreclosure for 20 Sweet Gracie in the amount of $734.09. Nicole seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

Nominating- AJ Wilson was presented to the board for reappointment on the Board of Directors. Nicole motioned to reappoint AJ Wilson to the BOD and Susan seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
Deedee motioned to appoint Manda Bass as President of the BOD. Nicole seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
DeeDee motioned to appoint Susan Morris as Vice President of the BOD. Manda seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
Deedee motioned to appoint Nicole Butler as Treasurer. Susan seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
Deedee motioned to appoint AJ Wilson as Secretary. Susan seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
Deedee was appointed to Building and Grounds
Blake was appointed to Nominating Committee
Nicole was appointed to Activities with AJ Wilson to assist.
Susan was appointed to Welcoming
