  1. Meeting comes to order at 7:05 pm.
  2. Registration format and date. Online Registration. Fee remains the same - $100 4th grade and $120 for 5-8th grade.
  3. Enrollment Start Date will be Sept 25 and enrollment end date will be Oct 9.
  4. Uniform Sizing. Girls will receive girls/womens sizes and boys will receive boys/mens sizes. Tara to add note to registration to indicate that girls will receive womens sizing when ordering uniforms. Tara will also send a information sheet to Sports Impressions so that all uniforms are consistent and everyone is on the same page with ordering.
  5. Basketballs. Jara will organize and get orders placed with Garrett.
  6. Hardships. Same as last year – it will be a case by case basis.
  7. Flyers home thru School – Tara will handle making flyer changes and send to Econoprint; Jen Nevar will handle all schools, including Trinity.
  8. Newspaper notices. Kevin Hirst will handle.
  9. Review of bylaws. Revised bylaws will be loaded to website by Oct 1.
  10. Review of participation fee. Stays the same as 2016.
  11. Review of uniform fee. Stays the same as 2016.
  12. Grade 1 thru 3. Continues to be handled by park and rec.
  1. Review of financials.
  2. 3 on 3 profit. $10,000 approximate profit.
  3. annual expenditures/income. Annual expenditures have increased above income so spending needs to examined for any large requests/expenditures.
  4. Badger Basketball Raffle – Dan Anchor to handle.
  5. Camps. Tara to load JAG camps to website again.
  6. United Fund. Club will ask UF for donation money – this will help offset the huge expense of 3rd grade hoops at JAG.
  7. Incorporation status. In the works. Need additional wording in bylaws – Tara to handle working it in there.
  8. Insurance status. Rock handling with Joey.
  9. Quickbooks. Tara Anchor suggested the club purchase quickbooks online for the treasurer to make for better and easier tracking and bill payments/invoicing. Board agreed and Tara/Scott will meet to set up quickbooks.
  10. Basketballs. Jara handling – see above.
  1. 2017-2018 Coaches appointments / Discussions – these are rough ideas and will be firmed up at the coaches meeting:

  12. Coaches meeting scheduling– Confirmed for Wed Sept 21. Spring Brook. Appetizers and drinks provided.
  13. Hosting of Tournament Nov.26. It was pointed out that JAG already had their own tournament being promoted that date so as a club, we assumed we weren’t able to use that date.
  14. Election of Officers/ New Board Members. Chad Weiss resigned – Jara Machovec replaced him on the board at large.
  15. Tournament scheduling- JAG, GNWBL, SWBL.
  16. Other – Club Nights. Jen Nevar will again handle for 4-6th grade. Each grade will get a night for just their grade (ie boys 4th grade) where they will make a tunnel and sit on the bench before the game starts and then there will be an all club inght for the boys at large with introductions of all teams and players. Brad working with Mack to determine dates and get back to Jen.
