State Meet Bid Awards are as follows for the 2016/2017 JO Season:
Level 3- Peak
Level 4- Premier
Level 5- 5280
Level 6/9/10- CGI
Level 7/8- Xtreme
Discussion took place on why meets were placed back to a one location format.
Discussion on seeding vs not, and large vs small team for Level 3 and 4:
Level 3/4- Seeding by Small Team and Large Team- Small Team on Saturday and Large on Sunday? Or do we have them all compete all weekend and announce large and small at the end of day two

Do we have everyone in one meet? 26
Do we have two separate meets? 12
We will have everyone in one meet and do away with small team vs large team for Level 3 and 4

We will be seeding athletes by score for Level 3 and 4

Level 7 Regionals- Due to the Easter Holiday, Level 7 Regionals will take place on Thursday/Friday/Saturday- NO SUNDAY. For 2017 the location for Level 7 Regionals is Albuquerque, NM.
Judges Cup- Premier Session Saturday Night- Rosters only online
National Judges Cup 2017 will be hosted in Virginia Beach
Judges Request- All clubs hosting a meet must turn in a judge's request to NIcholeOtterson.

August 1, 2016- Compulsory Deadline
November 1, 2016- Optional and Xcel Deadline
Education Opportunities- There is a clinic being hosted on August 21, 2016 from 9-1, location and more details to be announced at a later date.

Preseason Assessment Clinic- PAC- NEW
Judges will be brought in to evaluate routines
This will take place the first weekend in November at the University of Oklahoma for Level 7-10. Coaches can attend for free if they bring athletes.More information to follow at a later date.
