- BIG/LITTLE Program problems
- Originally mentorship tier; challenge that the number of new members exceeds the amount of engaged members
- Growing faster than a big/little program allows
- Idea of providing a survey allowing new members to be connected to a current leader and further distributing the mentor/mentees
- How can we be more personal as mentors?
- Like idea of someone in an area that can be contacted as a leader in that area
- Josh: working on a survey monkey to gather those details to distribute people to appropriate leaders, working on making a resource list to allow people to progress into leadership positions, don’t want to lose a potential leader to overwhelming them with tasks
- CariAnn: Allow building from small to larger tasks; be at the meetings when you can, email us when you can, all are happy to answer emails to stay on top of things
7. Tier Updates

- Ice Bucket challenge for ALS > EPSIG plank challenge > balance challenge supported by web on APTA site
