- Looking to gather events from each campus
- Want to take some of central staff to visit your campuses and experience your culture
- Even if you do not have an event date but you know it is happening, please still send to Nicole

- CFB report will be given in General Council
- First meeting happened at 3:30 today, discussed policies
- Guidelines about how money should be allocated
- Caution to Presidents: Be very careful to the conclusions you are jumping to (UP is not stealing your money)
- If anyone has an issue with your allocating body, bring these issues to CFB
- CRC (Hunter)
- We need 6 members of the commonwealth
- We will officially approve them at the very last general session this weekend
- There will be a CRC meeting during lunch tomorrow

- Is currently the Governmental Chair for Berks and he is always the first one to volunteer and participate?

- Gov Affairs chair and participated in Constitution day event, got 200 signatures on a petition in 2 days

- We need to push action more than just talking about topics
- We want things to be taken away from each council, if you do not feel you are getting this, Talk to Zak

- Situation with budget, financial limbo
- We do not know if we are getting our state allocation
- Everyone’s tuition could go up to the out-of-state rate
- Academic Affairs
- Rolling out surveys at each campus
- Associate director (David) is working with SRTE systems
- Ryan Morris (Berks): Are these going to be university wide surveys?
- Hunter: Will be specific towards each campus
- Student Affairs
- Three main initiatives:
- All-In Campaign
- Common Hour
- Transitioning students coming from commonwealth campuses to UP (Staying involved at UP)
- Women in Leadership
- Andrea Dowhower will be presenting in this Ad-Hoc
- Encouraging men to attend this as well as women
- Student Conflict
- Ann-Queen will be running this
- Using Feedback from SLC, 67% of students are not comfortable confronting conflict
- PR
- Cam, Andres, Greg will be running this
- Topics:
- How to run a successful YouTube page
- Social Media etiquette
- Ryan Morris: Will these ad-hocs be at each council?
- Might not be the same ad-hocs but there will be ad-hocs
- Endless list of ad-hocs that we could have
- Ryan Morris: Before the next council will we be aware of the upcoming ad-hocs?

- Ann-Queen does not always get responses
- Some people respond to only parts of the email and leave us hanging on other parts
- We need input from your SGA and your campus
- If you do not have all of the info right now or you do not have time to do the task, just let Ann-Queen know of this (We need to be on the same page)
- UP Off-Campus Housing Fair October 15th(11-4pm, Alumni Hall)
- We can send out an email if needed
- Tell your constituents, we can get you flyers to hand out to your campuses

- Dixie (Hazleton): Chancellor said that they will be rolling it out
- Duncan (DuBois): Chancellor said the idea was there
- Ninon (Harrisburg): Chancellor talked about enforcement and they are working with task force
- Moustafa (Behrend): When will we hear about it?
- Expect some info around November

- Melizza (Mont Alto): Updates on DACA?
- Creating a video about DACA
- If anyone would like to speak in this video, let us know
- We will be shooting the video this weekend
- Want to show how students are affected
- Statement will be released by staff
- Hunter: Do people watch the videos that we put on our website?
- Sam: Perfect way to explain CCSG, really liked them
- Moustafa (Behrend): Liked them, Gov Affair one was GREAT
- Wants more videos for other committees too
- Kyle (Lehigh Valley): As a VP, I do not get all emails, could I get emails about videos and other things?
- Ann-Queen will put all videos in GroupMe
- A lot of people agree that things should be sent to VPs as well as Presidents
