Meeting held atFireside, called to order at 6:35 pm.

DISCUSSION ITEMS
- Reviewed last meeting minutes.
- All dues are now current for 2012.
- Checking balance (10,060.84) and Savings (2,564.03). (6 wks left in budget):
- Crede will start to send the Timberlake email a notification on the day which snow removal is completed. This is to begin now for accountability purposes.
- Meagan Bonecutter (Cut Above Lawncare) and John Arthur have other mowing contacts if needed.
- Joseph Kessler counted the 12 proxies with 12 yeahs and 0 neahs for the proposed 2013 budget. John Arthur motioned that the 2013 budget be passed and Fred Maury seconded the motion. Budget passed for 2013.
- Joseph Kessler nominated John Arthur to be ongoing President. All motioned for him to be President.
- John Arthur nominated Meagan Bonecutter to be ongoing Vice President. All motioned for her to be Vice President.
- Joseph Kessler nominated Amy Crist to continue as Secretary.
- Leslie Deel nominated Brad Deel to be ongoing Treasurer. All motioned for him to be Treasurer.
- Meagan Bonecutter nominated Elizabeth Colby to be Board Member At-Large.
- Brad Deel discussed the new duplexes to be developed near the Timberlake Entrance. Meeting at the Courthouse was rescheduled for potentially February 26, 2013. A new letter will be going out to homeowners regarding this rescheduled meeting. Brad briefly discussed that these 4 units will be sold for approximately $220,000 each.
- Brad Deel gave his recommendation regarding the Woodstone contribution issue. He said we should write an initial letter stating that Timberlake really needs one entity to communicate with. See what happens next.
- Bob Arden asked about the next 6 weeks of expected expenditures and Leslie Deel stated that would be approximately $600 including utilities. We should be well under budget.
- Set next meeting forApril 08, 20136:30 to be held at Fireside.
PROPOSED ACTIONS
- Need to give Joey Putterbaugh a contract including his duties within the subdivision regarding mowing, trimming, and shrubs. Would like to have him cut about 2 times monthly. Shrubs 2ce a year.
- Brad Deel (Leslie) will be mailing out letters regarding approved budget and dues amount of $175 due by April 1st.
- John Arthur plans to get out quarterly newsletter to all homeowners, setting out dates for the whole year of projected meetings.
- Fred Maury will contact the construction crew to begin the process for obtaining concrete repairs for the neighborhood.
