·  Mr. Nelson’s Budget Update: Runzheimer’s donation basically covered the cost of WASBF.

·  New Business: WASBF-went very well; we had more volunteers than expected and that helped a lot; Evelyn suggested that a third chairperson be added for future WASBF events; Mr. Nelson reported that student servers were mentioned that the salad cart was confusing and perhaps salad should just be served with the meal; gym was very crowded – Gail suggested getting a flag to move the crowd along. Forensics-overall went great; suggestion was made that for future events there should be 3-4 cashiers during the lunch rush, especially people that can handle the rush and make change accurately; notes were written by James Lauer and given to the secretary for future events; hot dogs did not sell well; lots of quarters are needed for future events. Cream City- will be August 24, 2014. Prior to April’s Booster meeting an email should go out to band parents about Booster officer positions; James will look for past emails about officer positions/descriptions that can be updated and emailed out. Discussion over raising prices of WASBF dinners for future events – raise for presale orders to $7, raise of day-of orders to $8, raise of kids meals to $4; all present were in favor of the price increases. Spirit Wear information was presented; link to website to order will be emailed to band families; links will be emailed to 8th grade band families (incoming freshmen) as well; checks will be made out to Waterford Band Boosters; Nancy Sikora will pick up orders – no shipping charges.

·  Motion to adjourn meeting by James Lauer; seconded by Rochelle Marino. Meeting adjourned at 7:36PM.
