  1. Bob Johnson(Laina Bailey Scholarship)

Bob Johnson is asking on behalf of the Bailey family to donate the remaining $750 they need to get a scholarship endowed. Dave mentioned that a sum of money was donated to the club to get it renamed to the Laina Bailey Scholarship. Donate the $750 to the Baileys. Passed.

  1. 3 on 3 / 5 on 5 Format.

We will continue to have both. Get refs for everything this year. Club can line up refs with Al. Will pay $20/hour cash.

  1. Should we allow Dells kids to participate free in the 3 on 3? Dave mentioned there weren’t many kids divisions anyway. Jennifer Nevar suggested we wait until next year to try it and see what happens this year with having to pay the refs first.
  1. Fun Money?? Coordinator.
    Jen Nevar volunteered to help with coordination of the money.

She will email everyone a list of the people we took last year.

  1. Worker Coordinator.
    Tara will coordinate the workers for this.
  1. Badger raffle.

Dan Anchor will spearhead this again.

  1. NFL Raffle

Brad and Bobby would like to do this again but want to get the tickets in May, before school is out so they can still see the kids. Brad will talk to the coordinator about getting the tickets earlier. 200 girls, 200 boys, 100 club.

  1. Club Coaches Appreciation Social Date / Location.

Newport Beach Park was suggested by Kevin Hirst. Suggesed date is August 23 (Sunday). Kevin will check to see if Spring Brook will cater it. Jen and Tara will work on the menu.

  1. 3 on 3 Party.

Dave will coordinate a place for the 3 on 3 party.

  1. Shot Club.
    Dave mentioned the free throw feedback machine and Jen suggested we show it to the coaches next year before the season starts. It will record how they did.

Brad and Bobby can put together an hour or so for a coaches clinic in the fall.

  1. Shooting Shirts 5th and 7th grade.
    Preliminarily approved. Could get re-voted after firm costs come in.
  1. NGIN Website.

Kevin to look into the registration portion of this to see if we can offer online registration in the fall.

  1. Rich’s Exit Plan as Treasurer.

Scott Rockwell will take over for Rich. Rich will give him a gradual training.

  1. Varsity Attendance games.
    Jen brought up another grade level game night for each grade where they arenn’t introduced but could do the tunnel and sit behind the bench.
  1. Camps/Clinics.
    Discounts for camps and clinics run through August.
