  • Attended Northern Wairoa sub union meeting with Kelvin to make them aware of referee shortage in 2015
  • Find out what download speed is required to run advantage4me
  • Kyal to set up meetings for video conference
  • Kyal to educate visiting referees from N/H and AKL on COE/culture of rugby

Kelvin:

  • Three year forecast was for apparel and we have enough to start 2015 season.
  • Attend Northern Wairoa Sub Union meeting with Kyal to inform them of referee shortage in 2015
  • Kelvin to find out what download speed coordinators have at home
  • Attend meeting with Marty and Jeremy P regarding costing for training referees in concussion
  • Set legal format with Rob Harte
  • Set complaint procedure and pathway

Martin

  • Martin to follow up with Mark Wattie with a date to meet with him and Doug Te Puni has spoken
  • Carry out interview on new referees
  • Speak with Martyn Thompson regarding Colorcote sponsorship
  • Attend meeting with Kelvin and Jeremy P regarding costing for training referees in concussion
  • Marty to review document & report to Board on an adjustments
  • Marty discussed opportunity with bulk ordering apparel through Regional collaboration at Blues meeting

Rob Soar

  • Rob Soar to speak with Brent Taylor regarding involvement with referees
  • Follow up the use of schools for video conferencing

  • Investigate suitability of Jovial Judge as a meeting venue for Whangarei
  • Investigate probability of putting in a TV in RSA
