Meet Greet booking form
Staffordshire University’s Meet & Greet service is FREE to all international students arriving to study at the University on Monday 10th September 2007.
The free pick up will ONLY be available at Manchester and Heathrow airports at the terminals and time periods as indicated below.
Heathrow Airport: Terminal 3 Arrivals Hall from 08.00 – 12.00. Coaches will depart at 12.00 noon
Manchester International Airport: Terminal 2 Arrivals Hall from 09.00 – 13.00. Coaches will depart at 13.00.
If you would like to be met at one of these airports on MONDAY 10th September, complete ALL SECTIONS and return this form.

IMPORTANT: To use this service, book a flight that will arrive in plenty of time before the final coaches depart from Heathrow and Manchester. For students travelling from outside the EU, it will take a while to go through customs and immigration, and you also need to collect your baggage and get to the correct Terminal Arrivals Hall for collection. If you are travelling from Europe to Heathrow, you will probably arrive at Terminal 1 or 2, so you will need to allow at least 20 minutes to walk to Terminal 3.
