Meagan’s Root Word Scavenger Hunt!

Directions: Each person will find a partner and complete the scavenger hunt by completing Part 1 (Dustbin), Part 2 (Quizlet), and Part 3 (Jeopardy). After each part, each team needs to show the teacher, who will sign off on the score card.

Part 1: Dustin Game- Download from Ms. Sachs’s Website

The score is determined by the number of seconds it takes to complete the activity. In order to finish, the player must have a final score of 20 or less.

Under, “My Recent Sets,” click on “Part 2”, and then click on “Scatter”. Match the root word and example with the picture by dragging the matching sets together. In order to proceed to the next part, you must complete this task in 20 seconds or less.

Part 3: Jeopardy- Log onto jeopardylabs.com/play/part-3-meagans-scavenger-hunt2 The link is on Ms. Sachs’s website.

You will compete in a jeopardy review game. After logging in, select two teams and don’t forget to keep score at the bottom of the screen!
