LATE MR. H. A. MCPHILLAMY.Probate has been granted of the will of the late Mr. Harold Arkell McPhillamy, of Charlton, Rockley, bachelor and grazier, who died at Orton Park, Bathurst, on November 4 last, leaving an estate of the net value of £182,53, of which £105,758 represented mortgages and £45,037 realty. The testator bequeathed £6000 to his nephew, Keith McPhillamy, £500 to each of the children of Sir Neville Howse, M.P., £300 to the Bathurst Hospital, £200 to the Salvation Army, and subject to these and specific bequests to certain relatives and employees, he devised his estate to his nephew, Angus Owen McPhillamy.

Bathurst Grazier's Will

The late H. A. McPhillamy, grazier and stock breeder, who died at Bathurst, has left to his nephew Angus Owen McPhlllamy, third son of Mr. C. S. McPhillamy/ of Warroo, Forbes, the property known as Charl .on, near Rockley, together with all stock, including blood stock.
