McLure Presentation Practice Rooms #30 & #31

Guidelines and General Rules for Use:

1.  Must be a registered student for the current semester.

2.  Must have a valid ACTion Card-Verify by swiping Action Card.

3.  Must have filled out a Presentation Practice Room Form and have on file.

4.  2 HR. Reservations(includes walk-ins) 4 HR. max

* Note: Except during Study Week and Finals (2 HR. max) must be logged in the Booking Presentation Notebook with the following information

included:

a.  Student Name Booking Room

b.  Campus Wide ID#

c.  Number of people

d.  Valid phone number

5.  1 to 6 patrons in a room at a time. (6 maximum allowed at all times-no exceptions)

6.  Keep ACTion Card from student using the room. Place ACTion card in correct room number bag and give them the key.

7.  No blocking windows and/or doors . Lights must remain on at all times.

8.  CIRCULATION FACULTY/STAFF OR STUDENT ASSISTANT WORKING DESK WILL CHECK THE ROOM BEFORE ACTION CARD IS RETURNED TO PATRON.

·  Verify equipment is turned off properly.

·  Make sure nothing is broken or missing.

·  Room is left neat and free of trash.

9.  Any issues, problems, or accommodations need to be immediately reported to: Wendy , Kristy , and/or Dagan *Note- please Cc McLure Library Head: Mr. Leo Lo .

10. If either presentation room is experiencing problems and cannot be used we can offer the other. Please make sure patrons are notified by phone if changes will occur and make correct changes in the notebook.
