 These FCC Providers are designated as caregivers for Extended Duty (EDC), Home Community Care (HCC),Returning Home Care (RHC), Emergency Medical Care (EMC), Wounded Warrior Care (WCC),Fallen Warrior Bereavement Care (BC), PCS Care for all Branches of Military (PCSCC),

PLAYpass Pre-Deployment Child Care and PLAYpass Deployment Child Care.

** These FCC Providers have completed the Air Force Family Child Care Training Program consisting of 15 modules and knowledge and competency assessments.

S These FCC Providers are contracted to offer child care under the FCC Subsidy Program.

All of the individuals listed above are licensed to operate independent businesses providing child care in their homes. Those eligible to receive the services of the McConnell FCC program include the children of active duty military personnel, retired military, Department of Defense civilian employees, and AFR and ANG members on active duty or during inactive duty personnel training.

FCC Office Hours are 1300-1700 Monday, Wednesday and Friday and 0830-1700Tuesday and Thursday in Bldg 338, at the far end of hall.

This program accepts children for care with chronic health problems, including HIV-positive children, and employs persons and approves as family day care providers individuals with chronic health problems, including HIV-positive individuals.
