TIFI 2013 CALENDAR AND DUE DATES
Dates subject to change per vote by the TIFI Conference. Approved Calendar dates become part of the TIFI Rules and Regulations.
There is a $50 fine for missing a Conference Meeting or Workshop.
Late Paperwork fine is $10 per day per page with a maximum of $100 per item.

There will be a $50 fine for each one that is not in attendance. Vendors will be present and break out sessions to discuss important issues will take place.
Break out sessions on finances, insurance, rules, etc. Vendors will be on hand as well.

It is mandatory that clubs send 3 monitors to the workshop along with one registration representative. Although they can send extra people to the workshop as back ups in case the monitor has an emergency the day of registration. Clubs will be fined $25 for each person not in attendance.

TIFI Football Camp hosted by FCA
Officer Camp / All TIFI Officers should attend Officer Camp. Camp fees per club are $150 per squad and $20 per girl.

TIFI Drill Sleepover / Open to all registered participants in TIFI Drill Teams. Cost is $XX per girl. Forms should be given out at registration & are due to the Conf DD in a timely manner.

Cheer Director Certification / Cheer Directors must be certified annually in order for their squad to be able to be able to perform certain stunts at cheer competition

Aug 13 2013 / Franchise Fee Due / The remaining 90% of the Franchise Fee is due in full to the TIFI Treasurer. Late Fees may be applied if not paid by this date. (10 days after Equipment Issue) 10% penalty will be applied to all past due pymnts
