Important Information

FEES- Fee structure for the competition is as follows:- $220 per player

This total fee now includes weekly game fees.

FIXTURE TIMES - 7.00 pm and 8.00pm

UNIFORMS

All players must be in the same coloured top and same coloured shorts/skirts. Latitude will be given for the first three round and all teams must be in uniform by round 4. Please note though we do not want to prevent teams from participating in our competition though due to uniform constraints. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to have that discussion.

SCORERS

Each team is required to provide a scorer to every game. If a scorer is not provided, this will result in a player being removed from the court to undertake scoring duties. The minimum age of a scorer is 13 years of age.

NAILS, JEWELLERY & PIERCINGS

Fingernails should be short and smooth (to the umpires’ satisfaction) or gloves worn. There will be no exceptions made. No item of jewellery, except a wedding ring and/or a medical alert bracelet shall be worn on court. If either or both are worn, each shall be taped. No adornment that may endanger player safety shall be worn. The umpires’ decision is final. Players may not take the court with concealed piercing jewellery and by doing so you are putting yourself and other at risk of injury and will therefore be liable for any resulting injuries.

CANCELLATION OF ROUNDS DUE TO WEATHER

If inclement weather forces the cancellation of rounds, this will be posted on our facebook page by 6pm and team captains will receive an SMS message.

FILL IN PLAYERS

Fill in players are permitted from other teams or any registered player from within the Redlands competition (e.g. Saturday fixtures players over 16 years permitted)

FORFEITS

Whilst forfeits are not ideal for any team, they do throw disruption into the competition. A forfeit will result in a $160 fee and loss of competition points. Please ask if you need players as this may be easier to be sought.
