A regular meeting of the Board of Education of Madison Community Unit School District #12 of Madison County, Madison, Illinois was held at Madison Accelerated High School, 600Farrish Street, Madison, Illinois in said District on the twenty seventh day, of May, 2009 at 6:00 P.M.

It was moved by Gardner, seconded by Skoklo that the Board of Education approve the FMLA leave for Harris Accelerated Elementary School Teacher, Mary Riley, beginning tentatively August 13, 2009 and ending tentatively September 21, 2009;

It was moved by Skoklo, seconded by Gardner that the Board of Education accept the letter of resignation of Madison Accelerated High School Teacher, Abby Bohnenstiehl, effective the end of the 2008-2009 school year;

It was moved by Hamm, seconded by Gardner to table the motion to approve the Madison Accelerated High School coaching positions for the 2009 -2010 seasons until after Executive Session;

It was moved by Gardner, seconded by Browley that the Board of Education approve the employment of Jeffery White as District Art Teacher effective the 2009-2010 school year;
