Masters Club2014 Application Form
Please read the Standing Rules found online before completing this application. For recognition for 2014, complete allsections legibly in ink and use the check boxes below to ensure that your application is complete. Submit theapplication to the Masters Club at the Yolo AR Office, 449 Elm Street,Woodland, CA 95695 by 5 pm on Friday, January 16, 2015. The qualifying amount is a minimum of 8 closed ends AND $3million in production OR 25 closed ends.

Important - Please check off that the followingare included:
- Dues @ $50 made out to Yolo AR (all applicants)
- Masters Club Report from MLS; no printoutsrequired. If you have used the Excel spreadsheet,the agent full printout for each property is required.
- Each Non-MLS transaction must be entered on the ExcelSpreadsheet and must have a New Home/Non-MLS SalesVerification Form for each sale including the properdocumentation as indicated on the form. Please have MLSprint outs in order as they appear on your spreadsheet andhighlight your name, sold date, and sales price.
- Applicant's business card must be attached to the backpage of the application.
- Application must be signed by applicant and designatedBroker or Office Manager on back page.
- Adding machine or excel tape IF your report has notprovided a total.
- Life Members, who do not submitqualifying criteria need only complete the details on thispage, submit a check for the $50 dues and attach a businesscard. Life Members who wish to be recognized in print mediamust submit a current qualifying application.

Masters Club Membership Application Process
Eligibility Requirements
In order to be eligible for 2014 Masters Club Membership, you must meet the 2014 qualifying amount and provide the required documentation listed below to Yolo AR by January 16, 2015.

$3 million in production AND 8 closed ends OR 25 closed ends
Documents Required:
VERY IMPORTANT: Before you start the application process thoroughly read the Masters Club Standing Rules. Incomplete applications can mean Membership disqualification.
- You must submit both pages of the Masters Club Application Form.
- Sign and have your broker sign the back page of the application.
- Staple your business card to the back page of the application form.
- Attach a check written to Yolo AR for the annual dues of $50 plus any optional items ordering.
- Attach an MLS Report(see below for instructions on producing a Masters Club Report from the MLS) and/or Masters Club Verification Spreadsheet Form (for properties not in the MLS).
- IF APPLICABLE - submit a New Home/Non-MLS Sale Verification Form for each new home/non-MLS sale with the proper documentation. We recommend you make several copies of this form before starting. You will also need to use this form if the MLS print out has the wrong data.

*To save the Excel file to your personal computer:
- Right-click the "Masters Club Verification Spreadsheet Form" link. A pop-up menu displays.
- Select "Save Target As" (Internet Explorer). A "Save As" dialog box displays.
- Navigate to the location on your computer where you would like to save the file.
- Click Save.
To make the process of documenting your production easier, the Masters Club Steering Committee and MetroList have collaborated to create a special report in Prospector. If you provide this report with a total, you do not need to supply a spreadsheet or full page print-out for each property.
To Run report in Metrolist Prospector:
- Go to "Search | Standard"
- Select "Property type" (e.g. residential, residential income, etc.)
- Select "Sold box and enter dates from 01/01/12 thru 12/31/12 (or leave blank for today's date)"
- Input Listing Agent ID
- Input Selling Agent ID (be sure to select the "OR" between the two)
- Enter or click the search button on top
- With the list be sure to then check box to select all listings/sales found
- Go to "Reports"
- Go to the right hand side of page for “options” and click the HTML or pdfversions or else the report won’t print
- Then choose "Masters Club Report" (scroll down and check Masters Club—located near bottom of page)
- Click on "Run Reports"
- Be sure to print the report in landscape mode (horizontally)
- If there is no total at the bottom of the report, you must supply a calculator tape or spreadsheet with a total.
