1.05 DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING

A. Acceptance at site: Coordinate delivery of work to Project site under this section for immediate installation.

B. Handling materials and equipment: Handle signage in careful manner in order not to damage or mar surfaces of signs or adjacent finish surfaces as applicable.

A. Coordinate installation with adjacent finish materials in manner not to destroy adjacent surfaces.

2.02 COMPONENTS

A. Graphics panel module (SCM):

1. Material: Custom engineered one piece seamless fiber-reinforced polyester (FRP) monolith consisting of initial gelcoat sealing layer with multilayers of translucent thermoset polyester resin and translucent glass fiber strands molded in form molds maintaining module configuration to 0.125" minimum thickness.

2.03 FABRICATION

A. Shop assembly:

1. Fabricate units to configurations indicated on reviewed shop drawings.

2. Furnish copy indicated on reviewed shop drawings in accord with manufacturer's standard procedures.

B. Shop finishing: Finish in accord with color selections indicated on reviewed shop drawings; cover graphics area with removable clear protective film.

PART 3 - EXECUTION

3.01 INSTALLATION

A. Install modules in ceiling grid locations indicated in accord with reviewed shop drawings. Take care not to disturb adjacent tiles or displace light fixture at illuminated units.

B. Verify tile is in place above module at non-illuminated units.

C. Verify light fixture is in place above module at illuminated units.

3.03 CLEANING

A. Remove clear protective film from graphics area.

B. Clean exposed surfaces not more than 48 hours prior to Date of Substantial Completion in accord with manufacturer's written cleaning instructions.
