Townhouse Real Estate Salesperson

As Massey Knakal expands into new businesses and opportunities arise within the company, we are actively recruiting for new brokerage talent to join the firm. We are seeking professionals to join our TownhouseSales division focusing on Residential Sales in Brooklyn.

Our Agents are experienced in representing properties of all values, from $500,000 properties to portfolios exceeding $100 million.

OPPORTUNITIES:Brooklyn office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exclusively represent the Landlord in Sale of their Townhouse
  • Act as the Territory Expert: know your area & community
  • Become a Townhouse Sales specialist, focusing on direct sales of townhouses solely
  • Business Development / Build relationship with townhouse owners within your exclusive territory
  • Generate leads through phone calls, networking, professional affiliations
  • and present for Exclusive listings
  • perform property evaluations / underwriting
  • Build networking and referral system to ensure business pipeline
  • Establish long term client relationships
  • Know and track all variables of your sub market including: property owners, who's buying/ selling, past/current/average prices, annual property sales, factors affecting value and how transactions are being structured, all buildings in your territory, etc.
  • Implement custom, detailed marketing programs in sale of townhouses
  • Work towards becoming the expert of townhouse sales in your territory

TRAINING:

Extensive Initial Success training program covering everything Agents need to know as a Real Estate professional and MK representative including a Certification Board at the completion of the program. A thorough Training Manual is provided. Managing Directors oversee each division and discipline, onboarding, answering any inquiry, and joining Agents on any presentations requested. Our Mentoring Program pairs you up with an internal expert for additional guidance. Weekly co-wide meetings shares market knowledge. Continued Success training includes refresher courses, industry leaders, market experts, professional presentation classes. Open office floor plan enables new Agents to hear seasoned Brokers in action.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Qualified candidates areself motivated,disciplined, & competitive. Residential Sales track record a plus.

Bachelors &/or Advanced Degree

Demonstrated ability in Sales/Marketingor Entrepreneurial roles

Ability to generate business & build relationships

Excellent Oral & Written Communications skills incl. Negotiating capability

Strong Strategic abilities

Superior Organizational Skills / Detail Oriented

Excellent Analytical & Reasoning ability

Strong computer skills

Team oriented activities, personal achievements &/or leadership roles in background.

Will need to acquire NYS Salespersons License

BENEFITS: Medical & Dental coverage by Aetna, respectively; if elected, 50-50 split
