Marketing Executive

Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club are now offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual who is wishing to apply and develop their skills within a fast paced, professional sporting environment.

This new role will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the women’s marketing strategy to drive, retain and develop our audience in order to maximise revenue and commercial opportunities. The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering all women’s marketing communications, specifically around ticketing and hospitality.

Albionwill be at the forefront of the Football Association’s bold plans to revolutionise women’s club football in England after their application was accepted to join next season’s fully professional Super League division one. This is an exciting time to join the women’s set up as Albionbecome one of 10 all-professional sides in the top tier of the domestic female game.This is also a fantastic opportunity to join a marketing team who won the ‘Best Club Marketing Initiative’ award at the 2016 Football Business Awards, whilst also being shortlisted as finalists in the 2017 awards.

Thissuccessful candidate will be based at our world-class American Express Community Stadium in Brighton and may be required to attend our state-of-the-art training ground, the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing. This is a full-time, permanent role and normal working hours will include attendance at all women’s first team fixtures.

Applicants must have a marketing qualification such as a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) professional qualification or business/marketing degree. Preferably, candidates will have marketing experience within the footballindustry and a minimum of 18 months experience in a marketing role either at a venue or membership organisation. Preferably candidates will have experience in creating or managing a membership product.
