MAP TESTING: 6th CA
6th Grade & 7th Grade MAP assessments for the middle school will take place April 25th. May 6th. Make ups will take place the week after. It is important that every effort be made for student attendance during the testing sessions.
- Field Trip forms may be turned into the office. Please be sure to mark whether you will need a school sack lunch or not.
- 6/7th Gr. May 6thDeadline passed
- 8th Gr. May 13thDeadline for permission slips and fee is Friday, May 6th.
ART STUDENTS:
- If you took home any artwork from this year, Please return it for display at the Spring Showcase Art Show by Monday, May 9th.
ALL 6th graders that took their masks and stands home must return theirs for display! ALL students may take your projects home on Friday, May 13th.
- Fall Guard Auditions: Attention all 8th grade students. Are you looking for a group to be a part of as you begin high school? You should consider joining color guard! Come learn what this innovative new sport, which mixes music and choreographed movement, is all about! Don’t have any prior experience, that’s okay! We’ll teach you everything you need to know! The group will compete on the street and field with the high school band and will also perform their own indoor show. Please sign up on the sheet located outside the band room or in the middle school office, and feel free to talk to Mrs. Reuther if you have any questions! Clinics will be held Monday May 9th and Tuesday May 10th from 3:00-4:30, you must be present at least one full clinic to be eligible for the team.
- HYDRO members – We have finally set a date for our get together! We will meet on Wednesday, May 11 at 5:00 at the gazebo in the park. We will have pizza and drinks, so come as you are. Please let Mrs. Lettau or Teri Ray know if you are able to attend. Thanks, hope to see you there.
