In an effort to assist New Jersey’s small and mid-sized manufacturers, New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program, Inc. (“NJMEP”), a not for profit corporation, has instituted the “Experience Manufacturing” Program, a manufacturer apprenticeship referral program. NJMEP will collect applications from individuals seeking paid apprenticeships with New Jersey manufacturers. If your Company is interested in possibly hiring for such a position, please complete this form, and NJMEP will forward all applications it has received to you.

  2. The NJMEP’s sole involvement in the application process is providing applicant information to interested manufacturers. All hiring decisions are made by, and the entire hiring process is carried out by, manufacturers separate and apart from the NJMEP and with no input from the NJMEP.
  3. The NJMEP is not, at any time, to be considered a prospective employer or employer of any applicant. NJMEP does not accept any responsibility for any actions taken (or not taken) by any manufacturer related to any applicant’s application or employment, and no relationship, duties, or obligations are created between the NJMEP and any applicant as a result of the NJMEP’s providing applicant information to a manufacturer. The manufacturer agrees that it shall be considered the sole prospective employer or employer of any applicant referred through this program.
