Procedure
1. / Start the transaction using the menu path or transaction code.
/ There is a limit of 100 orders thatcan be saved for the worklist due to performance issues. The system will take the orders you have selected and if it is less than 100 will add new orders that were created up to the 100 orders. Once it reaches 100, it starts dropping orders in alpha/numerical ascending order regardless of how "old" the orders are. The following work instruction documents what will happen if there are 100 orders in your work list and new orders are created.
/ Notice Internal Order "K01016" is at the top of the list.

2. / Click Create to create the 101st Internal Order.
/ Enter the appropriate data for Internal order "A00000".

Display Internal Order: Master data

8. / Click Create to create another Internal Order.
/ Enter the appropriate data for Internal Order "A22222".
Create Internal Order: Master data

9. / Click save .
Display Internal Order: Master data

10. / Scroll down to view the bottom on the list.
/ Notice Order "A11111" has been moved to the top of the list. Order "A00000" has been dropped from the list, since the system drops the smallest alpha-numeric order. If the user had created new Orders with alpha-numeric numbers that were larger than others on the list, the new Orders would have stayed on the list while smaller ones dropped off.
/ The solution to keeping newly-created orders on the worklist is to begin the regular process of deleting Orders from the worklist that are closed or don't require easy access. If the overall numbers of Orders is well below 100 then there will be room for new Orders that are created.
