Manager/Coach Field Bonds

As a thank you for volunteering to be a Manager or Coach Green Brook Baseball Club provides special discounts for your Field Bond work

Managers(1 Manager per team)

Managers are not required to fulfill their 8 hours of Field Work and are not required to pay the $120

Coaches(2 Coaches per team)

Coaches are only required to fulfill 4 hours of Field Work. If the 4 hours of Field Work are not performed they are required to pay the $120

*There are no discounts for the Shack Bonds. All families are required to either pay $60 or perform 6 hours in the Shack as outlined below

Shack and Field Work Requirement Info:

The operation of our all-volunteer league and the concession stand (the Shack)at Green Brook BaseballFields continues to require family support. There are 2 work requirements for the 2018Rec season. Field Work volunteer time is accomplished through work at the GB Baseball Complex during the month of March before the season begins. Shack Work time is accomplished during the Spring Rec season. If the required hours are worked, there will be no additionalcharges beyond player registrationto the member.

The Field Work requirement is 8 hoursor payment for the Field Work Bond is $120. Field work is to be completed prior to the opening of the season. There will be several opportunities in the month of March to fulfill this work requirement. You will check in and out with a Board member at the announced work days. Members must either have completed their Field Work hoursprior to the start of the season OR give a work bond check dated ______in the amount of $120 to a Board Member. Your player will not receive their uniform for the seasonuntil this requirement is fulfilled.Optional - Members may also pay their Field bond paymentupfront if they do not want the hassle of writing a check and are unable or do not wish to work the hours. If you wish to pay via this method, please select the optional Field Work Payment at the bottom of the Player Registration page.

The Shack Work requirement is 6 hoursor payment for theShack bond is $60.The Shack Bondis collected and held at the time of registration through the Family Registration& Shack Bond Payment.Members may sign up for Shack Duty hours at the start of the Rec season. More info regarding sign-ups will be provided closer to the start of the season. Shack shifts are usually 3 hours.If a member chooses not to sign up or complete their shifts, the paid at the time of registration will be kept by the Club and the member will be considered to have paid their Shack bond. All reimbursements will be done at the end of the season

There is no Field Work or Shack Work Requirementfor families that register for TBALL only.
