Malmo Lady InterCup 2013
Your national team for ladies in goalball is invited to participate in the Malmö Lady Inter Cup 2013.The tournament will take place in Malmö, Sweden, May 2nd – 5th2013 and is arranged by the organisation of FIFH Malmo. The tournament will start on Friday May 3rdat 9.00 and finish on Sunday May 5th at 16.00.
Accommodation
All teams and officials will be accommodated at the Comfort Hotel. The hotel is situated in the centre of Malmö, very close to the CentralTrainStation. It’s the same hotel as used during the previous years tournaments. Accommodation will be offered intwo triple rooms and one double room.If you want a different division of the rooms it can be done for an extra fee. Please send us your request for the hoteladministration as soon as possible.
Dining
Dinner on Thursday - Saturday, breakfast and lunchon Friday - Sunday is included in the entryfee. There will also be a cafeteria at the venue if you want anything to eat or drink between the meals. If you have any special needs for food please note that on the first entryform.
Transportation
You will reach Malmö from Copenhagen International Airport Kastrup in Denmarkby train over the Oresundbridge. Malmö Central Station is the third station on Swedish ground (approx. 20 min). The train costs 105 SEK per person. From the trainstation you have a short walk (3 min) to the hotel. On Sunday night we will transport you back to the train station when it’s time for departure. Also the transportation between the hotel and the venue will be arranged by the organizers.
Fees
The teamfee for this years tournament will be 24000 SEK which includes hotel, breakfast, dinner Thursday-Sunday and lunches Friday-Sunday for maximum eight (8) participants.If your team want to have more participants or if you need extranights you´ll find the prices at the first entryform.
Tournament
The tournament can consist by a maximum of 12 teams. A Round Robin will be followed by a Play Off. This depends on the number of participating teams. The tournament may be cancelled if there are less than 8 teams registered. The tournament will be played at “FIFH-hallen”, which is the same venue asused previous years (except the last year).
To register for the tournamentplease send thefirst entry form latestMarch 10th, and the second entry form, payments and definite travel times no later than April 7th. You will receive a bankaccount number and more details for payments after we have received the first entry form.
Note:If you withdraw your entry after March 10th you still need to pay the fee for the tournament.
We are not able to change any hotelbookings after the April 7thbecause of other big events in Malmö.
If you need visas for your travel to Sweden it must be clear and clarified to us before you entry the tournament (no later than March 10th).
