1.  Bids need to be submitted as per attached BoQ..

2.  Bids must be complete in all respects, of all labor, Materials, Temporary Works and all other requisites whether of a temporary or permanent nature required for the successful Completion of this maintenance work.

3.  A Demand Draft of 2% of the offered price in the name of SM Finance PTCL Hyderabad needs to be accompanied by the bid as earnest money.

4.  A warranty of one year or 1000 hours running which ever meets first is required against the offered work.

5.  80% payment will be released after successful completion of work and remaining 20% will be released after completion of warranty period.

6. Bids complete in all respects should be dropped by 16th of August 2016 in the Tender Box to the office of Manager Power Plant HYTR, 2nd Floor, Central Exchange PTCL Hyderabad

7. Bids should be marked as “Major Overhauling of 200 KVA Cummins DG set available at PTCL Exchange Qasimabad”

8. Bids received after the above deadline shall not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

9. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder (s) or any obligations to inform the affected bidder(s) of the grounds for PTCL Action.

10. Vendor registration is mandatory for all the vendors interested to engage in business with or supply material/services to PTCL. It is essential to mention the Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) assigned by PTCL on Quotation/Bids submitted. Unregistered vendors are required to get registered with PTCL for this purpose.
