for young people, changing lives

Major Donor & Partnerships Fundraising Volunteer

Every young person should have the chance to get a job or start a business and earn money to support themselves and their families. Marginalised and vulnerable young people aged 15 and 24 are often open to exclusion, exploitation and abuse. Y Care International supports these young people to get a job or start their own business, giving them the chance they need to support themselves and their families to create a better life and escape poverty.

Working in over 20 countries worldwide, Y Care International is a youth-driven organisation that exists for vulnerable young people. We focus on addressing the needs of young people who face the severest economic and social conditions, helping to empower them and their communities to find alternatives to a future of poverty and disadvantage.

Our 2020 strategy is centred on enterprise and employability for young people ensuring that their income levels rise and poverty is reduced. As we work towards our vision, we are looking to diversify our income streams and raise further funds from Major Donors and Corporate Partnerships.
