FADES OF : UNIVERSITY / MEXICAN VILLAGE TOWN / THE CHURCHES / NIGHT
EXT / NIGHT CAFÉ / NIGHT
The old man sits at the cafe as the general walks up. The night
is cold as the moon is the only light. The sounds of the river brings something
to the area. The outside cafe is something to believe in here.
As the building of two levels and brown colored that seem to be left alone at this particular time with
just the two of them and some others at the café.

General
The others… They couldn't make it…
Old Man
I see you could make it here. Have any problem. I mean you come into
contact with any thing unusual did you.
General
So how have you been. Been a while... This email I got couldn't tell
it was you until on the way here for some reason. You have to excuse
me you know, the last couple of days has been... Well... You know.
I guess it's just the nights here. The summer...

Old Man
The nights here, it gets to you huh ! ( He takes a couple of his pills

General
( He sits down with a stare )
Old Man

You know... The rest of the unit, not the same without you. But I
guess you already know that. How’s it been.
Old Man
I couldn’t figure for it a while. You know... The place. I mentioned.
General
What do you think. Sound like a job for the old crew... ( lifts up his bourbon )
Old Man
Yea’s… There’s a job.
General
( Takes a sip of his bourbon ) That’s something, I can tell
when the old man's got something up his sleeve. ...I'm listening !
Old Man
Yea, well the place I’m talking about. And my studies, there's much
to be said about the war you know. I know I haven't told you much,
but your right, there’s still much to learn.
General
After the teaching. I heard about the studies ( Puts down his drink )
is there something your not telling me. Or is it just the moonlight.
Old Man
( Takes a sip of his bourbon ) You know it took me
years to figure... Yeas... The war was a haunting within it's self
you know. I think if it wasn't for the unit... Well anyway the place

Old Man

Old Man

You haven’t seen this. Something in your wildest nightmares, this place. I mean you no harm when I say that. But there’s something about this place. It stays with you ! …Like a ghost’s… On Sunday morning.
Well at first, it was the place there, the town… It plays with you like something you wouldn’t believe, this place. ( He turns his head ) I did try once. To forget it. ( Turns back as his eye’s glow from the moon )

Old Man

one person I know that... well, I did talk to him much. But I’ve heard he and a couple of others left… It’s been years. Here’s the pictures. I know it sounds rhetoric. But, when I was studying at the university the priest would lecture me at a café almost like something in the night. The moon…

Old Man

He gets up and looks at him strait. Then turns away…

Pan above the waters as the boat is by it’s self and the high wave of the ocean ! ( Music )
EXT - INT / THE LITTLE AIRPORT / DEEPLY HIDDEN IN THE MOUNTAINS / NIGHT
The little airport seems almost empty as the mountains behind the airport showing signs of the sun behind it. The night is dark as the three of them are talking at the table bar. The plane is heard
Coming down to land. The four generals sit in the bar. They notice one of their guys walking up to long window with his bags. The copter that sits there waiting turns on it’s lights as the plane take off. The copter pilot, the one with the sunglasses await the landing field.

Dave

They walk to the copter ( Overhead View )

Inside the copter they take up in the air over the mountains…

The Four guys in the car with sunglasses. One of them gets out of the car ( The Old Man ) And walks inside the restaurant as they wait outside. The one man outside the car like guard. End Music.
INT / VILLAGE RESTAURANT / NIGHT
As he walks up to the table as, there’s some people waiting for him, eating at a table. M
Meakal
What took you so long. Have a seat… What You’ve got ?
Old Man
I just wanted to ask the Father something.
Meakal
What do you want to say to him.
The others leave the table except for the little boy and old lady.
Old Man
There’s something I need to say to him. It’s important to me.
Little Boy

Old Man

Old Man

Meakal

The Old Man walks away. Then he turns back around with his sunglasses on.

The Old Lady looks up and…
Old Lady

The Old Man walks out with his trench coat and gets in the car. Some people ( Spies Like ) walk by him as he doesn’t notice…
INT / CAR / MORNING DAY LIGHT
They drive away in the car. They talk as they drive in the old village town ruins.
Larry
The mission. Yea… There’s something you don’t know ?
Old Man
Just drive… Take me to the priest.
They notice some soldiers as the car drives through the traffic he turns…
EXT / Dreamy Fades / Weird Music
The sounds of the Secret Yelling in the dreams… The place is fogy. The pan up to the front door of the church as the priest is supposedly inside.
The door opens by it’s self. Pan through the door and through the building as a left turn and hold pan. At front of bookcase and the ancient artifacts. The coffee going in the kitchen by it’s self.
INT / CAR / NIGHT
The Old Man in the backseat of the car. He looks up as they drive by the soldiers. The soldiers look at them as they drive by. ( Sound Effects )
EXT / THE CHURCH / NIGHT
A slow pan around the kitchen and bookcase.
Narration an Older Priest :
The Old Man… The General… And the Priest… This mission…
( Then the sound of the coffee cup breaking… Sound Effects )
INT / CAR / NIGHT
The Old Man looks up as they notice that their coming up to the bridge. They go through the main gate luckily. He’s looks back at the soldiers as the cars driving away. ( Sound Effects )
Old Man
Narration : It was just one of those things I suppose. The people from the village. The Old Woman. They knew I wanted to just give it one more try. But I knew that was probably the last time. The Forbidden Land. That’s what it is. The priest was the only person I could turn to. Maybe they were trying to tell me something I didn’t know….
Larry Car Driver
Do you think there’s more to be said about the priest. Or should I just take your word for it !
Old Man
Just drive the car. And please, Whatever you do don’t look back. Just drive…
Mystery Music / The Old Man rests as he then opens his eye’s in the back of the car.
EXT / BOAT / WATER

The priest walks out of the office and closes the door behind him. He walks down the hallway as he passes the old pictures on the wall.
INT / THE OFFICE / NIGHT
He goes in the office and begins reads. As someone walks in the door…
Young man
Are you sure the missionary is going to take place tomorrow. And what about the tapestries…
Or should we wait until tomorrow.
Priest
Tomorrow will be fine. Thank you !
Young Priest
Here’s the report. The people are coming here.
Priest
Uh, that’ll be all… Oh ! …Can you lock up when you leave. I’ve got some studies to attend to.
Young Priest

He turns and closes the door behind him. His footsteps are heard from inside the office as he walks away.

INT / EXT / FADES OF : DIFFERENT PLACES OF INSIDE OF CHURCH / OUTSIDE OF CHURCH / NIGHT
The place as it’s dark and very quiet. Then…
EXT / OLD ABANDON TOWN / DIRT ROAD / NIGHT
The dirt road is bumpy as the jeep is slow. The unit driving the jeep. They arrive in the front of what seems like to be a old abandon town of buildings of ruins.
Eric
Looks like we got a sign…
Dave
Yea… But signs of what !
Eric
It doesn’t look to bad. What do you say…
Jacob
The place. It’s abandon… I guess…
Eric
Only signs of being bad huh.
All most like there’s someone watching them. They feel confident of themselves and the new place. But there’s absolutely not any one in site, they drive slow.
Dave
Looks like the place is deserted.
Eric
Yea... Totally ! This place looks like nothing but churches and picnic areas… What do you think ?

As they set up their camp area, The mystery of the place grows in the night. The fog around the place is settling lightly. All most with a glow.
Eric
This place kind of remind me of something.
Jacob

EXT / THE CAMP AREA / NIGHT
The camp is set up as they lay on their sides in their sleeping bags. The fog still closer and closer.
EXT / INT / CHURCHES BUILDINGS OF RUINS / OLD ABANDON TOWN
They slowly drive the jeep into the abandon town. They slowly walk up to the front of doors of the place. They then hear the sounds of the ruin buildings…They slowly walk in and the doors that close by it’s self behind them as they don’t notice. They turn around suddenly. Then they notice that it’s get very cold. As they walk slowly down the hallway. The left side is of the hallway is open as they can see the yard outside over the short wall. The outside grows cold as the fog settles slowly.

I don’t know about this place.
Dave
Maybe this is why the Old Man asked us here. You think. ( Sudden turns ) …
Mike
Yea !
They open the door on the side of the hallway. The sudden sounds of the door squeaking. They notice some old pictures on the wall. ( Spooky Sounds ) …
Eric
Did you see that !
Mike
Hold it Man… Yea… What the hell was that !
Jacob
A ghost’s or something… ?… What the hell is at this place.
Mike
Or where the hell are we doing here. This got to admit this place is haunted ! I’m going back to the camp ! …You coming… ?
