Main Performance and Features

Boom’s 360 degree continuous slewing can meet lifting and dragging requirements of different direction. At present, forthe better part of home-made wreckers, the boom can only telescope forward and backward or slew for 90 degree left and right. At fact, owing to working conditions that obstructions existbehind the object to be lifted, the boom has to turn from the vehicle’s head to lift. Our wrecker PY5440TQZX can meet different requirement under various conditions to great degree. Furthermore slewing table is equipped with central slewing joint, and therefore there is no relative motion between boom and oil pipes duringcontinuous slewing so that no damage to the oil pipes will result from it.

Lifting mechanism adopts optimum design, made from high-tension steel plate, and has especially strong lifting capacity. The boom telescopes at two stage, extension stroke 6000mm. the derricking ranging from 0°to 60°. The lifting mechanism is able to slew within 360°range. It is equipped with two hydraulic winches with rated pull of 250KN and the wire rope with length of 50 m and diameter of 22mm is equipped with each winch for lifting heavy objects. In addition, it is equipped with two 20t pulleies,which can be jointed with lifting mechanism if necessary to increase safty of the wire rope.

Reasonable hydraulic system design ensures stability and high reliability of working. Pump and various hydraulic components are imported from well-known international manufacturers, and hydraulic system works reliably. The power of hydraulic system originates from engine on the chassis via power-taken-off device fixed on transmission.

The winch clutching is of pneumatic control. Manual control is adopted in most winch clutching mechanism in current wrecker industry at home. When the winch will be used, someone must ascend the wrecker to run winch clutching. It is very inconvenient. Owing to height of chassis, the safety resulting from climbing up and down must be cared. For our product, operation can be run through control handles set in the control box in safety,easily and conveniently.Equipped with hard lifting mechanism, it is popular among expressway system clients.

Various accessories and rescue modes and lifting methods are available. It can catch the vehicle in accident by front wheel, rear wheel, spring steel plate head, front axle, rear axle and either end of beam, which settle the problem of rescue of the vehicle with long front overhang and low chassis.
