Once your completed registration form and payment is received and processed, you will receive a phone call that will confirm your Incept: New Student Orientation day.
All mail-in Incept reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Incept Check-In Summary:
Check-in for Transfer Express and Freshmen/Transfer Combination Incept conferences will be from
7 – 7:55a.m. in the Student Recreation Center located at 101 Piedmont Avenue SE(corner of Gilmer
Street and Piedmont Avenue).
The Transfer Express conference will last until 12:30 p.m. and the Freshmen/Transfer Incept conference
will last until 4:30 p.m. Please plan accordingly!
Parking for all Incept conferences will be in Georgia State University parking area M Deck, located at
33 Auditorium Place (on the corner of Piedmont Avenue and Auditorium Place). There will be a parking
rate of $6.00 (cash only). Students are encouraged to make use of public transportation.

Parking for Overnight Incept will be available for one car per family including students and family/guests at the Georgia State University Commons Parking Deck. For this conference only, parking is included in the cost of registration.
